Thank you for shopping at Poscd! This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery terms, shipping fees, and coverage areas for all eyewear case orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Eligible Shipping Regions

We currently ship to the following locations within the United States only:
  • U.S. Mainland (all contiguous states)
  • Alaska & Hawaii (non-contiguous states)
Shipping Restrictions: We do NOT ship to international addresses, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and it is separate from the estimated delivery time.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping as the only shipping method for all eligible orders. Delivery times vary by region:

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, carrier delays, peak shopping seasons). Poscd is not responsible for late deliveries caused by third-party carriers.

4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on your order total, with no distinction between U.S. Mainland and Alaska/Hawaii regions:
  • Orders under $15 USD: A flat shipping fee of $3.99 USD applies.
  • Orders $15 USD or more: Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied at checkout, no promo code required.

5. Tax & Duty Information

  • Included in Price: All product prices listed on our website include sales tax (where applicable).
  • Excluded from Price: State and local sales tax (if applicable) will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with U.S. tax regulations.
  • Customs Duties: Since we only ship within the U.S., there are no customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees for customers to pay.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your package status by clicking the link in the shipping confirmation email or by visiting the "Track Order" page on our website.

7. Shipping Policy Exceptions

  • We do not offer expedited shipping options (e.g., 2-day shipping, overnight shipping) at this time.
  • We reserve the right to modify shipping regions, fees, or delivery times without prior notice, but any changes will only apply to new orders placed after the update.
