Return & Exchange Policy

This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the detailed terms for eligible returns, exchanges, and refunds for orders shipped within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Time Limit: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Item Condition: To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Damaged, altered, or used items (including cases with scratches, stains, or missing parts) are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Non-Eligible Items: Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
2. Customer’s Required Steps to Initiate a Return/Exchange
- Submit a Request: Contact our customer service team at service@poscd.com with your order number and detailed reason for return/exchange. If the return is due to a product defect or shipping error, please attach clear photos of the item and its packaging for verification.
- Receive Return Instructions: We will review your request within 24 business hours. Once approved, you will receive an email containing a prepaid return shipping label and a designated return address (DO NOT ship items to our mailing address listed on the Contact Us page—unauthorized shipments to the mailing address will be discarded or returned to sender at the customer’s expense).
- Ship the Item Back: Pack the eligible item securely in its original packaging, attach the prepaid return label to the package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized shipping carrier location. You do not need to pay any shipping fees for the return.
- Wait for Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your returned package, our team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days to confirm it meets the return eligibility criteria.
3. Handling of Returns & Exchanges
- For Refunds: If the returned item passes inspection, a full refund (including the original product price and any taxes paid) will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection. The refund processing time depends on your payment provider: credit/debit card refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, while PayPal refunds are usually processed within 24 hours.
- For Exchanges: If you request an exchange (e.g., for a different color or style), we will ship the replacement item to you via free standard shipping within 2 business days after the returned item is approved. No additional fees will be charged for the exchange.
4. Fees & Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Return Shipping Fee: All eligible returns are covered by free prepaid return labels provided by Poscd. Customers do not need to pay any shipping costs for returning items.
- Return Processing Fee: There is no return processing fee for any eligible return or exchange.
- Exchange Shipping Fee: The shipping cost for the replacement item in an exchange is fully covered by Poscd, with no extra charges to the customer.
5. Important Notes on Shipping Address
- DO NOT ship items to our mailing address listed in the Contact Us section of our website. This address is for correspondence only and is not equipped to process returns.
- The valid return address will be sent to you via email only after your return request is approved. Any packages shipped to an unauthorized address will not be processed, and Poscd will not be responsible for lost or misplaced items.
6. Additional Terms
- Poscd reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not comply with the above terms.
- This policy only applies to purchases made directly through the Poscd official website. Orders from third-party retailers are subject to the respective retailer’s return policy.
