Thank you for shopping at Poscd. This Payment Policy outlines the secure payment methods and processes available for orders placed on our website, applicable to all shipments within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).

1. Accepted Payment Method

We currently accept PayPal as the sole payment method for all orders. The PayPal logo will be displayed at the bottom left corner of our website homepage to indicate this payment option.
PayPal provides a secure, convenient payment experience that allows you to complete transactions using your PayPal balance, linked credit/debit cards, or bank accounts—without sharing your financial details directly with us.

2. Payment Processes

We offer two seamless payment workflows to suit your shopping preferences:

Option 1: Add to Cart + Checkout with PayPal

  1. Browse our eyewear case collection and click Add to Cart for the items you wish to purchase.
  2. When ready to complete your order, click the Cart icon and select Proceed to Checkout.
  3. On the checkout page, confirm your shipping address and review your order details (items, quantity, total amount including applicable taxes and shipping fees).
  4. Select Pay with PayPal as your payment method, then click Complete Order.
  5. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal login page. Enter your PayPal account credentials to authorize the payment.
  6. After successful payment authorization, you will be redirected back to Poscd’s order confirmation page, and a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Option 2: Direct Pay with PayPal (Skip Cart)

  1. For single-item purchases, look for the Pay with PayPal button displayed directly on the product detail page.
  2. Click the button to be redirected to PayPal’s secure payment interface.
  3. Log in to your PayPal account, confirm the payment amount and shipping address, then authorize the transaction.
  4. Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number and tracking information (once available).

3. Payment Security

  • All payment transactions are processed through PayPal’s SSL-encrypted secure payment gateway, ensuring your financial information is protected from unauthorized access.
  • Poscd does not store any of your PayPal account details or linked financial information on our servers.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Verification

  • Your order will be confirmed only after PayPal successfully processes your payment. If payment is declined, your order will not be processed, and you will receive a notification via email.
  • Common reasons for payment decline include insufficient funds, expired linked cards, or security checks triggered by PayPal. If your payment is declined, please check your PayPal account status or try an alternative funding source linked to your PayPal account.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to your original PayPal payment method (see our Return & Exchange Policy for details).
  • Refunds are typically reflected in your PayPal account within 3–5 business days after we approve your return request. The exact processing time may vary depending on PayPal’s policies.
